About the Role
Adani International School is looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Engineer L1 to manage day-to-day IT support activities and assist with maintaining the school's technology infrastructure. Key Responsibilities
End-User and Classroom Support
The selected candidate will be responsible for providing technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and iPads used by staff and students. Daily responsibilities include:
- Troubleshooting desktop and laptop hardware issues.
- Supporting printers and scanning devices.
- Maintaining interactive smart panels, projectors, and audio-visual equipment.
- Resolving user login issues and email configuration problems.
- Assisting teachers with classroom technology.
- Providing IT support during school events, seminars, and functions.
Infrastructure and Application Support
The IT Support Engineer will also assist in managing core IT infrastructure, including:
- Supporting Windows Servers and Active Directory.
- Managing DNS and DHCP services.
